Tips For Using Truck Sheet Notes
- Add notes for each job where:
- You bury more than one drop
- You use new cable
- The job is canceled for some reason
- Instructions are below each ‘blank’
- A * above a ‘blank’ means you are required to fill it in
- The fourth ‘blank’ determines how many ‘job notes’ open for you to fill in
- You may adjust that number at any time
- Below each set of ‘check boxes’ is a blank where you can type in additional notes for that job

- Click the Back button on your browser to correct errors or make additions, then re-send
- Click the Home button on the top of this page to clear the form and start over
- You can copy & paste job #’s and addresses from your truck sheet
- Saves typing
